When to arrive
Arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation to check in, use the restroom, fill out any medical history forms, and get yourself settled in.
To remain on schedule for all clients, we may shorten your service time if you're late for your appointment. Regular service prices still apply.
Keep your cell phone on vibration or silent to maintain a tranquil, stress-reducing experience for all our guests.
Scheduling your appointment
All appointments must be made online with a credit card.
Inclement weather policy
We are willing to make exceptions to our cancellation policy during winter months. If the area is under weather advisory and it is unsafe or impossible for you to travel, you may reschedule within 24 hours at no charge.
Back On Track Massage Therapy regretfully cannot be responsible for lost jewelry or personal items. Take extra care to prevent such an occurrence.
Communicating your preferences
It's usually possible to modify all aspects of your treatment to suit your taste. This includes lighting, pressure, music, table temperature, and whether you prefer conversation or silence during your appointment.
Feel free to ask your therapist questions. We appreciate knowing your thoughts and clarifying any issues you may have.
Pregnancy or medical conditions
Don't forget to mention any medical information we may need to be aware of before your massage. Certain massage modalities may not be advisable for you.
Before your massage begins, let your therapist know if you are pregnant. Massage services can ONLY be provided if you are beyond your first trimester (12 weeks).
We cannot provide massage services to clients with a high-risk pregnancy.
You are never required to be unclothed in front of your therapist. They'll leave the room while you get under the sheet on the massage table. You will remain covered at all times except for the area being massaged.
Your therapist will also leave the room before you get off the massage table.
Our therapists and estheticians are here solely to improve your wellness and relaxation. If our employees ever feel that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately.
